Acceptance

By installing or using KemanaUangku? (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

KemanaUangku? is a personal expense tracker. It can record transactions that you enter, and transactions it detects from notifications of apps you choose to monitor. It can optionally back up your data to your own Google Drive.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in the app. Automatically recorded transactions are derived from notification text and can be wrong or missed. Review them.
• Balances in the app are for your own reconciliation and may differ from your real accounts.
• You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for the notification access you grant.
• Use the app only for lawful purposes.

Not financial advice

The app is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal or accounting advice.

Backups and data loss

Backups are a convenience, not a guarantee. Restoring a backup replaces the data currently on the device. Keep your own records of anything important. The developer is not responsible for data lost through device failure, uninstalling, a failed or corrupted backup or restore, or changes to Google Drive.

Availability and changes

The app is provided as is and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time. Features may be added or removed.

Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or money, arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

Privacy

How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The latest version is always on this page, with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
